Comfortable Accommodation - At Llanstinan Kennels and Cat Hotel, we emphasise giving our guests the 5-star service they deserve. We want your pet's time with us to be relaxing, enjoyable and stimulating.

Good Food - We supply good quality wet and dry food for both dogs and cats as our standard diet. If your pet has specific dietary requirements, please feel free to supply your own food and we will be happy to feed that.

Health Care at our Dog Kennels and Cat Hotel

Please ensure flea and worming treatments are up to date. Medication can be administered as necessary. Please make us aware of any special needs or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Terms & Conditions of our Dog Kennels and Cat Hotel

For the safety of all dogs staying at Llanstinan Boarding Kennels, your dog MUST have an up-to-date Veterinary certificate of inoculation and kennel cough vaccine. We will not make any exceptions to this rule.
All cats must have a current vaccination certificate for Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis which will be requested on arrival. We cannot accept cats at the hotel without these vaccinations.
We must strictly adhere to the posted reception hours for drop off collection of dog(s) 10 am - Midday (Monday - Sunday).
Bookings that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
'No shows' or cancellations made on the expected day of arrival may be invoiced for the full amount of the original booking.
All fees are to be paid at the point of booking online.
Customers with outstanding unpaid invoices will be refused future bookings until such time that the account is settled in full.
In the event of illness of any dog(s) boarded at the kennels the owner must agree to pay Llanstinan boarding kennels for all necessary treatment including the fee of the veterinary surgeon in addition to boarding fees. All dogs are left at their owner's risk.
Should any payment become overdue for non-collection of dog(s) after more than one month (unless by previous agreement) the proprietors of Llanstinan Boarding Kennels are at liberty to dispose of any dog(s) as they see fit and retain any money arising.

I have always found Llanstinan Kennels excellent. They are large, airy, and very clean. My dog Sophie has been staying there since she was a pup and really loves it and is always in good condition when I fetch her. The owners have a great understanding and love of dogs.

Llanstinan Kennels are exceptional kennels. It's a home from home for our Golden Retriever Sandy. I travel regularly on business, so Sandy spends an unusual amount of time in kennels and knowing that she is in very capable and safe hands makes leaving her that little bit easier. For Sandy it's such good fun at the kennels Kennels that she doesn't even look back as she runs to Lynda when we drop her off.
